[Academic.hsir] OFED Installation Failure

I use the built-in OFED package in OpenSuSE official repository and it
works pretty well. I never try to install the official OFED binary on
OpenSuSE, but only on Ubuntu 8.10. Make sure you have all the
dependencies (like kernel patching and building) installed.
