[openfabrics-ewg] Changes in SM for the new SRP daemon

Ishai,
   What Roland talked about is the support for new SA query. openSM will 
support it; however, other SMs won't in near future. You need to 
use/keep the current ibsrpdm's way of discover srp target node.
