[openfabrics-ewg] OFED 1.0 rc3: doesn't check for conflicting IB drivers like rc2 did

I have opened bug 40 for this.

rc2 install.sh checked for conflicting IB drivers, rc3 doesn't.  
rc2 printed this (but rc3 doesn't):

ERROR: You have to remove the following Infiniband software before
continuing:
