[openfabrics-ewg] RDS in build.sh

Hi Tziporet:
 
Even though, we have stopped supporting RDS in OFED, there is still some code lying in build.sh script referring to RDS. Line number 178-180 needs to be removed in build.sh script.
 
README.txt file also contains reference to RDS in line 69, which needs to be taken care of.
