[openfabrics-ewg] IPoIB ifconfig HWaddr blank on RHEL4 U3?

OFED 1.0 rc3 on RHEL4 U3.  IPoIB is working, but I just noticed the
HWaddr is 00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-0, shouldn't this
have the GID?
