[openfabrics-ewg] OFED RC4 release notes

Hi:

In the readme file of OFED RC4 release, there is a mention of "OFED Distribution Release Notes". I was not able to find these release notes. Please let me know the location where I can find release notes.
I am interested in the knowing supported OSes and kernel version.
