[openfabrics-ewg] Some observations on the OFED build process

Actually, it looks like the problem is not libata, but the include file that is missing.
Looks like the kernel sources installation is coorrupted, the asm dir is a symbolic link to the
actual architecture. I'd suggest to re-install the kernel sources.
