[openfabrics-ewg] OFED 1.0 RC5 status update

Till now no test pass. Currently tests starts to pass. In RC5 the
following test will pass:
 
connect test, LTP, poll test, SEND RECV, FTP, SSH, ttcpv, net_perf,
netpipe, close test, iperf, tetsing of sockets in the kernel.

 

 

For RC6 , we want to pass Java tests, run  Apache, work on compliancy.

	Hi All,

	 

	The main new feature in OFED 1.0-RC5 is the inclusion of the new
SDP code.

	Since SDP is not stable enough today I prefer wait few more days
before we release RC5.

	 

	Anyone who whish to work with the code that is targeted for RC5
can work with the tags/rc5 we already opened (+ kernel code from git).

	 

	If you have any comments please let me know.
