[openfabrics-ewg] OFED procedures

We will join.  Please also ackowledge how hard we are working to make the 1.1 release happen - we are 2-3 weeks behind schedule and there are customers whose production schedules are getting affected.

  There was general agreement that our discussions would focus on
post-1.1 releases.  A date of Oct 4th was fine several weeks ago.  If
Mellanox doesn't have time for a one hour concall then we'll let you
know what Mellanox action items come out of the telecon.
