Hi Scott,
If you have a patch that you want to integrate into your local OFED copy
you can use add_patch2ofed.sh script:
https://openib.org/svn/gen2/branches/1.1/ofed/build/add_patch2ofed.sh

This will add your patch to OFED-1.1/SOURCES/openib-1.1.tgz and will
rebuild the OFED-1.1/SRPMS/openib-1.1-0.src.rpm.

Usage:
./add_patch2ofed.sh --help

Usage: add_patch2ofed.sh --ofed|-o <path_to_ofed>
                         --patch|-p <path_to_patch>
                         --type|-t <user|kernel|backport <kernel tag>>
