To clarify: this was a revert to an older version of libibverbs.

The problem was that a snapshot of the unstable ibverbs tree was imported
into the first version of OFED 1.1.  This was not discovered until after
RC3; Roland filed bug 219 with more details:

    http://openib.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=219

Hence, ibverbs was rolled back to the stable version for RC4.
