[openfabrics-ewg] ipath backport status

I'm in the process of reworking our backport patches to use the 
kernel_addons mechanism, per Michael's request.  Due to the amount of 
work involved, it will take a few more days to get everything building 
and somewhat tested on all kernels.

I have a patch somewhere for libipathverbs that's needed to work with 
libibverbs 1.1, but I'm not going to touch it until I get the current 
backport situation dealt with.
