server.

diags/configure.in: Changed version to 1.2.2 
diags/scripts/ibswitches, diags/scripts/ibhosts: Cosmetic change to output
opensm/osm_ucast_updn.c: Trivial data type change to eliminate compilation warning
opensm: faster min hops
opensm/osm_ucast_updn.c: updn performance improvements 
opensm/osm_log.c: In osm_log, flush log on OSM_LOG_SYS (as well as OSM_LOG_ERROR)
