I got your emails,
Few comments:
	1. Please update your ofabuild git directory (your version is outdated).
	2. Your patch to configure script is not completed: You should add under:
	# Create configure.mk
	WITH_OPEN_ISCSI=${WITH_OPEN_ISCSI}
	3. Makefile should also be updated with open_iscsi and install_open_iscsi targets.

RPM spec section will go to the ofa_user.spec RPM - common to all user space packages.
