[ewg] IBM pathces for 1.2.1 release and 1.2.c

The  1.2.1  Vs 1.2.c issue is not simple ...

 - two version are hard from customer support perspective.
 - the ofed-1.2.c is based on other kernel version, tested less in the
community, and is more rissky .


If in the end it will be decieded that the two chanells will be marged
only on ofed-1.3 ,
Is it possible to add the 1.2.1 fixes to the new ofed-1.2.c tree  ?

In the OFED meeting this week there was a discussion on OFED 1.2.1 and
1.2.c We may want to have only one release (1.2.c) that will include
1.2.1.

Since you  requested the 1.2.1 release, can you reply with your opinion 
on this.
Also - what about the pathces you wanted to post for 1.2.1?
