Please pull latest ofed_1_2 branch of ~halr/management.git on the OFA
server.

Changes:
opensm/osm_subnet.c: Support configurable no_clients_rereg in opensm options file
diags: Clean gcc 4.1 warnings
opensm/osm_switch.c: Remove no longer needed checks in osm_switch_recommend_path
opensm/osm_ucast_mgr.c: Don't allocate memory for lmc optimizations buffers when lmc = 0.
opensm/include/opensm/osm_switch.h: Remove unused osm_switch_is_leaf_lid() function
