To be clear, I do not disagree with the decision.  I haven't looked at the 
differences between 2.6.20/OFED code base and 2.6.21-rc3 to understand the risk. 
  I only needed to know the decision in order to determine if I needed to 
backport a fix in rc3 into OFED, which is what I'm doing.
