[ewg] [PATCH] RedHat EL 5.1 backport patches

Hi Vlad/Tziporet,

As we discussed in the EWG meeting last week,
I worked on a backport patch for OFED 1.3.
I tested this against the alpha release I pulled
on Friday. 

The attached patch can be applied to the 
ofa_kernel-1.3 directory.
It creates two new directories,
ofa_kernel-1.3/kernel_patches/backport/2.6.18-52.el5
ofa_kernel-1.3/kernel_addons/backport/2.6.18-52.el5
with the appropriate backport patches. 

It also tweeks the install script,
ofa_kernel-1.3/ofed_scripts/ofed_patch.sh   to apply the appropriate
patches
                                            for RHEL5-U1.

I only tested it on x86_64 so far, but will also try Itanium
when I get a chance. I also only tested InfiniBand as I have no iWarp 
cards, so if the iWarp folks could test that, that would be great.
I also have no PPC, so if someone could test that too.
