[ewg] OFED 1.4.1 daily build - MLX4 loading issue on Itanium

Hay guys,

It looks like there is an issue with the EL5.3 backport of the
mlnx4 driver on Itanium.
When I try to load the driver, I get.

[root at iclust-tiger2 infiniband]# /etc/init.d/openibd start
Loading Mellanox MLX4_IB HCA driver:                       [FAILED]
Loading HCA driver and Access Layer:                       [FAILED]

Please open an issue in the https://bugs.openfabrics.org and attach /tmp/ib_debug_info.log


Found this error in the dmesg log, which looks to be the culprit.
