[ewg] [PATCH] NFS-RDMA backport for RHEL 5.3

Hey Vlad,
Attached is a patch for NFSRDMA support in RHEL5.3.  It passes
Connectathon without issue.  Like the previous patches, it requires the
rnfs-utils SRPM I sentout.

Like the previous patches, I have the patch removing
include/linux/pipe_fs_i.h and include/linux/splice.h.  If you like, I
can submit a patch that removes the files from the tree and makes the
necessary changes to the rnfs_fs.patches in each backport.

Please enable nfs-rdma-mod support by default for RHEL5.3.
