[ewg] [PATCH] Remove NFSRDMA from Tech Preview

Now that NFS-RDMA has been enabled for many of the backports, we should
enable it by default on the platforms where it has been tested.  By
removing it from the tech_preview category in the install scripts, it
will do this.  Attached is a patch to do this.
