Hi Jon,
I think you should create new backport directory based on 2.6.27_sles11
under kernel_patches/fixes and kernel_patches/backport.
E.g. "2.6.27_sles11_25" if the change required starting from linux-2.6.27.25-0.1.
Then update ofed_scripts/get_backport_dir.sh.
