New perftest tar ball now available .

List of changes/new feature :

1. Added new Multicast library API to perftest.
    2 new files - multicast_resources.h and multicast_resources.c 
contains all the relevant methods for creating
    mcast groups in perftest benchmarks. it registers the groups in the 
SM so you can perform the mcast flow through
    switches as well.

2. Fixed the bug in read_bw so max outstanding reads is set in 
correspond to HCA limitation.
    Old generation cards are restricted to 4 outstanding reads while new 
cards are restricted to 16.
