I don't see this in Linus tree and as such believe this still isn't 
pushed upstream, correct?

Assuming this is the case, I'd hate to think that I can't use mlx4_en / 
bonding e.g for KVM based environments which are all based on recent 
kernels, can you push that for 2.6.35, please?
