[ewg] Bugzilla server problem?

When trying to access https://bugs.openfabrics.org/
I see:
"Unable to connect
Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at bugs.openfabrics.org."

Similar with Internet Explorer.

Anyone else having problems, or if this is a known problem, do we know when it will be solved?
