Tziporet, thanks for the update. I don't think you need to anything beyond having had the election in the EWG and reporting the result. I'll mention this at the Board meeting later this week and read it into the minutes to make sure everyone knows about this development

Hi All
In the EWG meeting today we recommend to do the following changes:
   Tziporet Koren from Mellanox - Chair (Co-Chair now)
   Robert Woodruff (Woody) from Intel - Co-Chair

Reason for the change: To have tow active people in leading the EWG group, and
Woody is an active participant and contributor to the EWG and OFED activities.

This suggestion was approved by EWG participants in the meeting today.

What else is needed from the OFA bylaw in order for this to take place
