NFSoRDMA was removed from the list of packages in the install script to prevent it's installation by default.

To force NFSoRDMA installation one need to add the following lines to the ofed.conf:

nfsrdma=y
rnfs-utils=y

To get ofed.conf, run "./install.pl -p"
After adding the lines above to ofed.conf, run "./install.pl -c ofed.conf" to install the OFED.
