[ewg] update your ewg subscriptions, please

The mailman EWG mailing list contains many old email addresses that are
being rejected by non-existent mail servers. If you had email addresses at
the following domains, please unsubscribe them from mailman and/or update
them to your current email address. The mail servers for these seem to be
offline/nonexistent. I suspect they are incorporated into companies that
have merged with them. Thank you.
