Main Changes from last release:

- NFSRDMA is ready (RHEL6.2/6.3/SLES11SP2)
- nes driver updates
- New qperf test
- New PSN library

Still missing:
- RDS no changes. Still waiting for the patches.

Plan:
- RC2 on Thu Sep 6
- GA on Sep 13


Topics:
- Feedback from Interop working group on testing
- Go to GA without RDS since no backports provided (can have 3.5.1 later if the backports will be provided)
