[ewg] OFED-3.12-20140226-0328 install issue

Hello Rupert,

Here is the issue, I came across:

OFED-3.12-20140226-0328 daily build fails to install with option 2) HPC (OFED modules and libraries, MPI and diagnostic tools) with error "Failed to build mstflint RPM"

Tested on RHEL 6.4 and RHEL 6.5
