Does this resolve all issues for Intel with OFED 3.12-1 rc3? Can we now
proceed with rc4 or are there still issues to resolve in Bug 2508:

    install.pl: Remove kernel version check for qib/ipathverbs

    The new compat/compat-rdma scheme allows for all
    x86_64 kernels <= 3.12 to compile qib.  This testing is a
    vestige of the OFED 1.5.x and a lingering maintenance
    issue.

    This patch deletes the test.
