To the OFA Members:

I wanted to let you know that I have turned over the responsibility for the
OFA IWG - it is time to let someone else lead. I want to thank all of you
for the opportunity to create and lead the OFA Interoperability Program for
the last 10 years. I released the first Interop Test Plan (Release .50) on
April 11, 2006 and as an editor and regular technical contributor, I have
seen it go though many significant improvements over the last 50 releases. I
have enjoyed working with all of the engineers and member companies who have
participated in the IWG and in the semi-annual Interoperability Test Events
that we have been conducting since 2007. I will be continuing my work with
the OFA EWG as the EWG OFED release program manager but will not co-chair
the group.

These changes will provide a little extra time so that I may pursue some
technical projects that I have planned for some time. I will remain engaged
with the OFA and look forward to working with all of the teams that have
produced such an amazing collection of OpenFabrics Software for High
Performance Computing and for Enterprise Data Centers.

Thank you,

Rupert Dance
