[ewg] PVRDMA driver + library

Hi Vlad,

The PVRDMA driver was merged into the linux kernel for 4.10 release
recently. However, the name/location was updated to vmw_pvrdma to
identify a VMware-specific paravirtual driver. I would also like to
update this in OFED 4.8 so was wondering what is the best way for this.

Do you want me to send you a new pull request similar to the original
one or just send incremental patches?

Also, when can the user-level library be added to OFED 4.8?
I have already submitted a pull request which is currently pending and
should be addressed once a rdma-core release for kernel 4.9 is done.

Ideally, I would like to have the user-level library included in OFED
4.8 when it GAs though I'm not sure if there is a date set for this.
If we have to include the library as a tech preview too let me know or
if OFED 4.8 can use a rdma-core build after vmw_pvrdma library gets
included that would be great too!
