[ewg] OFA EWG Meeting: Monday, Nov 20th, 2017, 09:00 AM US Pacific Time (12pm EST) - Minutes

Hi Arlin,

Thanksgiving and sickness threw a wrench into a lot of people's plans. I
know UNH-IOL has not had much time to do RC3 testing for the OFA Interop
Debug because they needed some servers with x16 PCIe slots and they just
picked them up from Software Forge yesterday. So Friday maybe ambitious.

Thanks

Rupert

OFED 4.8-1 GA release update..

I assume RC3 testing is going well; no new issues reported on EWG or
Bugzilla so I would like to package up GA tomorrow if possible. Once
complete, I would like to immediately move onto OFED 4.8-2 and add EL7.4 and
SLES12.3 backports. Maybe I am being overly optimistic but I would like to
finalize OFED 4.8-2 GA by end of year if possible.

A release note patch is attached that includes all changes highlighted below
in the minutes.

Vlad, please apply these changes and update for GA.

Everyone, please review these final changes and send modifications to Vlad.

Thanks,

Arlin
