Hi All,

The UNH-IOL has completed testing, and the only bug found was bug 2661
<http://bugs.openfabrics.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2661>, which has already been
reported and a fix is aimed at 4.8-2. I think we are good to go to GA for
4.8-1.
