[openib-general] Client Reregistration Status

Hi,

Here's an update on client reregistration for SM/SA:

A PortInfo bit to indicate this has been proposed. GS classes require a
different solution. A possible direction for a GS class solution was
discussed. Also, the following questions have been asked of the AWG
(Application Working Group) chair:
- whether GS manager restart is already resolved 
- and, if not, is solving it pressing enough to attempt a solution for
1.2.

There was no quorum at yesterday's MgtWG meeting so time is getting
tight to complete the work to get this into 1.2 but I'm still hopeful.
