Better kernel license (was Re: [openib-general] Re: [PATCH][v3][20/21] Add InfiniBand Documentation files)

How would everyone feel about replacing the copyright notices in the
kernel source files with the following?  I think it says exactly the
same thing, just without referring to any external URLs.
