Unfortunately I still see:

ib0: ib_dealloc_pd failed

when I removed ib_ipoib

and then

ib_mthca 0000:03:00.0: dma_pool_destroy mthca_av, ecb9b000 busy

when I removed ib_mthca.

Should the latter go away with this latest change ?
