I haven't touched this area of the code, so if you want to apply a
patch, that should work fine.  And we can either add a new parameter to
ib_free_recv_mad, or store the mad_agent somewhere off the MAD
completion.  My preference would be to add the parameter to
ib_free_recv_mad.
