Well, there will be one more fiddly change coming to convert the WC bit fields to flags, and I would much rather get API changes in sooner rather than later.  Both of these were only noticed while revisiting the GSI implementation issues.

I do agree that we want to focus on a working stack, and I'm expecting that tomorrow at least Hal and I will discuss how to coordinate the MAD work.
