[openib-general] ib_mad receive locking

Hi,

Now that there is a receive list per MAD layer QP, should there also be
a receive lock per QP to minimize lock contention ? Right now, there is
one receive lock for all MAD QPs (which is just QP0 and 1 now but will
ultimately include redirected QPs).

And I know I can defer this as it is not critical path for getting this
working but I also don't want to forget it either...
