I saw the updated firmware yesterday and was debating whether to be
specific or just say there are more recent versions which correct this
problem so I don't need to keep updating this aspect (which I would
likely forget to do :-) I chose the latter approach.

Description
Indicate CQ issue fixed in Tavor and Arbel firmware versions
beyond 3.3.1 and 4.6.1 (rather than specifically fixed in 
3.3.2 and 4.6.2)
