[openib-general] kDAPL: ready for gen2/trunk/ inclusion?

Now that the majority of the cleanup is complete, I think kDAPL is ready
to be moved to gen2/trunk.

This would also be a good time to get NFSoRDMA ported to kDAPL as the
API is unlikely to change too much in the future.

What do others think?
