[openib-general] ibv_query_device doesn't fill all the attributes with legal/updat ed values

i have an x86 machine with HCA: 23108.
i installed gen2 with svn revision: 2851.

i noticed that after executing ibv_query_device (user level), not all of the
attributes have a legal/updated values.

in HCA capabilities:

page_size_cap=0x0
hw_ver=0x0
atomic_cap=ATOMIC_NONE
max_mcast_grp=0x0
max_mcast_qp_attach=0x0
max_total_mcast_qp_attach=0x0
max_ah=0x0
max_fmr=0
device_cap_flags=0x00001c76
max_cq=0xff80
max_cqe=0xffff
max_pd=0x8000
max_qp_rd_atom=0x4
max_res_rd_atom=0x0
max_qp_init_rd_atom=0x4

in port properties:
max_mtu=invalid MTU
active_mtu=invalid MTU
max_msg_sz=0x4
max_vl_num=0x0
bad_pkey_cntr=0xda9f9fbc
subnet_timeout=0x0

(i compared those value with the output from vstat that i executed over the
VAPI driver and with the actual properties of the port).


maybe there are some more attributes that don't have a legal value ...


is it a bug?
