It's not a requirement, but what's the advantage of putting libraries
in $PREFIX/lib/infiniband?  Do we expect distros to do that, and then
put /usr/lib/infiniband in /etc/ld.so.conf?

If we decide to put libraries under infiniband, then I guess I have to
move userspace drivers to $PREFIX/lib/infiniband/drivers or something
like that.
