I noticed that you committed those changes.  Thanks.  I haven't finished my 
changes yet, but will try to get to them tomorrow or Wednesday.  (I've been 
working on OpenIB presentation stuff, but I can make this a priority if 
needed.)  I have fixes for: cmpost, madeye, grmpp, mad, mad_rmpp, smi, and 
ud_header; and incomplete fixes for: cm, sa, umad, ucm, and user_mad.  I 
still need to test, but I think that this should cover the rest of the warnings.
