I've created a git tree of patches to be sent upstream to Linus.  You
can pull it from

    http://www.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/roland/infiniband.git

or browse it with the web interface at

    http://www.kernel.org/git/?p=linux/kernel/git/roland/infiniband.git;a=summary

So far, this tree is just the head of Linus's tree plus the patches
listed below.  Once Linus pulls in the latest batch of IB patches from
Andrew, I'll add the ucm debug change from Hal and push this tree to Linus.

    [IB/mthca]: Fix error CQ entry handling on mem-free HCAs
    
    Fix handling of error CQ entries on mem-free HCAs: the doorbell count
    is never valid so we shouldn't look at it.  This fixes problems exposed
    by new HCA firmware.
