[openib-general] Wrong minor number for /dev/uat in README file

Hello,

I think the minor number for /dev/uat in /src/userspace/libibat/README is 
wrong.

mknod /dev/infiniband/uat c 231 254 
        should be replaced by
mknod /dev/infiniband/uat c 231 191

At least, the file /src/linux-kernel/infiniband/core/uat.c has the 
following content:

enum {
        IB_UAT_MAJOR = 231,
        IB_UAT_MINOR = 191
};
