[openib-general] Build problem with util/mad_test

All,

When following the instructions posted in the installation cheat 
sheet I encountered a problem with the build of the mad_test.  I execute:
(cd util/mad_test && ./autogen.sh && ./configure)

and get the following error message:
-bash: cd: util/mad_test: No such file or directory

I have been unable to locate the mad_test, any thoughts?
