[openib-general] Automated userspace build error

Hi all,

I'm trying to add at least the build portion of userspace testing to my
daily kernel build tests, but am running into the following failure in
libibcm:

	checking dynamic linker charactericonfigure: error:
	ibv_get_devices() not found.  libibcm requires libibcm.

Not sure, why the log got overrun, but obviously the latter part is
concerning. Is there a circular dependence somewhere?
